Excellent sight-reading skills and adaptability to an Anglo-European choral sound are a must. Opportunities to work with Capella Pueri, an auditioned treble's choir from St. Peter's Catholic School, who share repertory with the Gallery Choir. Last season's major works included excerpts from Vierne's "Messe Solonelle," Christopher Tye's "Missa Euge Bone," Palestrina's "Missa Brevis," and Britten's "Missa Brevis;" a typical season includes Mass settings by Fauré, Whitbourn, Darke, and Mozart.
