I've had a somewhat unusual request from a local deacon. He is participating in an ecumenical gathering with various Protestant pastors in the area to give reflections on the Seven Last Words of Christ. He was assigned: "I assure you: this day you will be with me in paradise."

He has asked me to provide some music related to that theme for his reflection, preferably some chant. I have looked in the Liber and the closest thing I find is the 2nd responsory for Matins on Good Friday "Velum templi". It has the words of the good thief, but not the words of Jesus.

Any suggestions for something that is closer?
