I bought the book and read it. Then I gave it to my pastor to read so that he could protect himself from it and also recognize what is occurring when it begins to happen. Now, when someone begins these types of shenanigans, I refer to it and say "Wow, this is a classic case of triangulation (or whatever aspect it is) from When Sheep Attack." My pastor will immediately see it for what it is.
Do you really recommend handing a copy of that book to your pastor? I'm just not sure how mine would take it if I did: not saying he doesn't need to read it, though!

Yes! And I would point out that this was a doctoral project and was an academic study, so it's not merely a case of someone whining "I can never get my way here!"
Latest version of the book include musician situations. And workbooks are available.
Bullying is a good word for lay people trying to get their way. Of course, this is also effective when the musician is trying to get her/his way...not that that every happens.
