Tri-lingual Holy Thursday

Every year we do a tri-Lingual Mass for Holy Thurs (English, Spanish, Latin).
Usually we do the Bartlett Introit and an English Entrance Hymn but this year I think I'd like to do a Spanish Entrance piece. Does anyone have a resource for what I am looking for. FYI I do not understand, speak or write Spanish but have help. The leader of the Spanish choir at our church likes more Mariachi style music so I do not want to ask him. He will be singing with us so I want to present something authentic and beautiful for us to sing that might get him and the other Mexican population at our church interested in Sacred Music.

    Thoughts please.

What if you did the Latin entrance chant with Spanish verses using one of the tones from the back of the Lumen Christi Missal (the Mode IV one in this case) or adapt the Mode IV Psalm tone for it?

That could work, I'll have to have someone put the verses together for me so it done properly.
    great suggestion, thanks
