Source of texts from Kevin Allen's Motecta Trium Vocum

Forgive my ignorance but can anyone tell me the source of the text for Kevin Allen's motet, Ave Sacer Christi Sanguis? I know several from the collection are St. Thomas Aquinas. Is this one also? I could not find it at CPDL or a general Google search, unless I missed it. I appreciate any help. Thanks!

It appears to be a medieval prayer intended to be said at the Elevation; it was sometimes attributed to St. Bede, though that is doubted:
