    Richard Brautigan, kind of the hippie next gen Kerouac out here in California, he was big for a while. "Trout Fishing in America" comes to mind. West Coast Tom Robbins.

    I set some Brautigan early on. When he was on, his poems were perfect Satie-esque miniatures. When he wasn't on...don't drop that blotter, and nobody gets hurt.
