Martin Shaw's "Anglican Folk Mass"

Hi everyone --- while doing some research on a new project, I stumbled onto the existence of Martin Shaw's plainsong-like "Anglican Folk Mass." Does anyone have any idea whether or not this Mass is currently available from any publisher ? If not, are there public domain PDFs around ? Thanks in advance !

the mass is included with its own Credo in New English Praise,(Canterbury Press,2006),no ,695, copyright J Curwen, LOndon

and the Roman Missal third edition,
with corrected translations in force,
would mean the Kyrie (with extra words) cannot be used for the RCC Mass.
