I know that episemas lengthen the note. I'm asking about the ictus (first pulse, the "1" of 1-2 or 1-2-3 groups); is it not always emphasized or lengthened?

Are there libers that have the chironomy notation, arsis/thesis marks, and/or "beat numberings" (1-2 or 1-2-3) for at least all Sundays and major feasts? Is this called adiastematic notation?

Another thing I noticed (related to Greek pronunciation): Why is ἐλέησον transliterated as eleison? Eta (η) would seem to be an "h" or "e" (as in ε) sound.
