ISO: Philip Norman re alternatim arrangement of Creator of the stars of night

I have a pdf of Mr. Norman's SAB arrangement of this in English (very pretty piece and not difficult), and would like to contact him to get permission to put the Latin words into it. However, I cannot find where I discovered the piece (not on cpdl, as far as I can tell), and am hoping that someone here would know how I can contact him. Gratias ago tibi.
