Here is a beautiful work, the entire rhymed office for first and second Vespers of St Francis of Assisi. This was composed by Julian of Speyer circa 1250 AD. It seems to work very well in either language. The english translation texts for the booklet are oriented towards the anglican use ordinariates. They assume a basic knowledge of Vespers in the Tridentine or pre-Tridentine rite.
