Okay - an odd request I know. I am working on a project and I need to have a descriptive phrase in Latin that would roughly translate in English to "the twins (female) play" - is geminae ludare anything close to what I want?
There are certainly better latin scholars than me I (Edit: and better English scholars) here, but at least I'd say you need the plural ending for the verb: ludunt (not sure that ludere is the only choice for play ... probably not).
('ludere' is the verb to play (games etc.) if you mean 'play' in sense of playing an instrument, then you'd need something like the verb 'canere' and say 'geminae canunt' or 'canunt gemellae' or similar)
