16x16 pixle pic of chant notation?

    At another forum, we can use "microbadges" and I wanted to make one of neums on a staff. But it can only be 16x16 pixels and resizing regular images of chant notation just turns it into a unrecognizable mess. Any graphics wizards out there got any ideas? Thanks.

    Some website have small 16x16 icons that show up in tabs and menus. This forum and the Liber Hymnarius wiki for example use neums in their favicons:

    The one on the bottom looks better, so I think I'll use it, but what kind of neum is it? It looks kinda like a pinnosa, but not quite. Any help?
