New male choral class at all boys' Catholic high school: Central Catholic High School, San Antonio, TX, is a 155 year old Marianist institution, solidly Catholic, with a liberal arts program. We need an experienced choral director and teacher comfortable with all musical styles to build a choral music program. Familiarity with liturgical music is important. We prefer someone who can teach both monodic (chant) and polyphonic music. This is a new choral program so a candidate for a full-time position should also be qualified to teach something else.
