Liquescent question

    Hello,
    Forgive me if there's an obvious answer that I am not seeing...in the solesmes method, how does one interpret a liquescent that appears to neither reference a singable consonant or a 'latin dipthong (au).' Example. 'et (la te, te being the liquescent note) quasi'

    Just close the t on et. It produces a different effect than singing it straight through.
