Can anybody post or know where I can easily find the chant antiphons for the Mass of Dedication (not anniversary Mass, the actual Mass where the building and altar are dedicated)?

    Thanks!
  • They are in the Rite of Dedication of a Church and Altar. I composed simple chant melodies for our dedication last year, as distressing as that was for some of those involved in the planning... LOL

Thanks, I'll take a look when I get home. I believe the actual chants are in the Latin ritual book. Anybody have these?

Skip, I have all of them in one file but it is 8.3 MB. Can you send me your email address and I can send them to you? I am at paulfford[at]stjohnsem.edu.

How did it go? Or has it not yet happened?

The dedication is in November! This was for our planning meeting. It seems we'll be using one of the chants in Latin, and two of them in English adaptation.
  • I need these! Paul, can I email you, as well?
