Magnificat Psalm Tone 8

    I used to sing this many years ago with the choir. It's called the Magnificat and I believe it is written to Psalm tone 8. Can anyone shed some light on this? Also, I don't have any real accompaniment for this only what you see, so does anyone have the music for this or can point me to it?

    I'm not sure it needs any accompaniment; you could sing this at Vespers, preferably on an occasion when the antiphon for the Magnificat is also in mode 8.
