Does anyone know where I can find a copy of this old setting? I know it is in one of the Choral Praise books but none of the ones I have.

You're right, it's in Choral Praise 1 (I'm guessing the first edition?) I certainly don't have it but from the comments I have found online, it is quite "exquisite".
