Which formulary from the Graduale Simplex would one use for Diaconal and Presbyteral Ordinations? Would the Mass for Vocations suffice? How about the Mass In Any Need (since it was formerly for Ember Days, and ordinations were traditionally held on those days)? Any help would be great.
The formulary for Religious Profession (p. 385) is worth considering.
And based (loosely) on the antiphons in the Roman Missal, you may want to consider the introit Ego sum pastor bonus/Ps 23 (p. 165/p. 389) and the communion Qui mihi ministrat/Ps 34:2 & 12ff (p. 365).
In the Klein Graduale (a Dutch adaptation of the Graduale Simplex, much like Paul Ford's By Flowing Waters) I added a Formulary for Ordinations which I composed from office antiphons:
INT 1: Venite post me (AM3, 279) INT 2: Sacerdotes Dei (AM3, 39)
OF: Sacrificium Deo (AM2,90)
CO 1: Qui mihi ministrat (AM1, 376) CO 2: Ego sum pastor bonus (AM1, 260)
Nothing official (the selection is currently under review by the Dutch bishops), but perhaps it might be useful to you.
Right now it's what my Schola can handle without weeks of prep. They seem to like it. We'll be singing all the Simplex propers this Sunday for Corpus Christi.
