I am going to be playing and singing for first mass on Trinity Sunday this year and would like to find a setting of "Tu es sacerdos" (Ps. 110:4b) for SATB choir, either a capella or with accompaniment. The full text is "Tu es sacérdos in ætérnum secúndum órdinem Melchísedech." The piece could include the preceding text "Juravit Dominus et non pænitébit eum." The setting does not have to be too simple, but it should be on the short side (under 3 minutes) if possible.
A search on CPDL yields mostly fauxbourdon settings of Psalm 110 ("Dixit Dominus") but I am looking for a through composed work. Thank you for any suggestions.
There is a beautiful setting by Robert Kreutz SATB and organ. It is very French influenced. We have used it for priest ordinations in the past at the Oakland Cathedral. I'm not sure if it is still in print...
