Typical uses of Latin texts

I am starting a men's schola and one of the resources we will be using is Kevin Allen's Motecta Trium Vocum.

Translations are provided, so I can see several appropriate uses for many of these. What I am curious about is if any are traditionally used for any particular seasons or sacraments (like how certain Marian antiphons are used for different parts of the year).

    The list of texts are:
    -Desidero Mi Jesu
    -O Salutaris Hostia
    -Anima Christi
    -Domine, Non Sum Dignus
    -Sicut Novellae Olivarum
    -Ave Sacer Christi Sanguis
    -O Sacrum Convivium
    -Panis Angelicus
    -Tantum Ergo
    -Te Decet Laus
    -Paratur Nobis
    -O Sanctissima

Most of these are Eucharistic texts and thus appropriate for any season.

What are the chants in this book between the polyphonic pieces intended for?

Psalm verses to be used between repetitions of the trio.
