Yes, of course. The 32nd Sunday of Ordinary Time has Psalm 23 (22) appointed as the communion Psalm, so I would put in "The Lord is My Shepherd" to Crimond as "et alius cantus aptus" for this day.
There are a number of old Psalters out there where the Psalms have been adapted or paraphrased into hymn meters.
