    Did you type it up? How else would you get the right dates like that?

    I formatted the entire .pdf. After I re-typeset the rubrics and the chant, I just typed my translation in the margin. (As for the modulation of the dates, it's my own interpolation.) You can get the right dates from the Table of Movable Feasts in the altar missal or in the hand missal. If these do not have the dates of the year you need (e.g., the missal is very old and only has the dates between 1945 and 1989), you can refer to the new liturgical calendar. If the new liturgical calendar is not yet out, you can refer to the Paschal tables, and if you know how to navigate through dominical letters, golden numbers and epacts, you can find the correct dates.
