For the 21st Sunday in Ordinary Time, I'd like to suggest to my choir director the use of "Tu es Petrus", the simple chant as found in Jubilate Deo (http://www.ceciliaschola.org/notes/jubilatedeo.html).
1. When should it be sung? Offertory? Prelude?
2. Are there verses in English published anywhere?
