ORGANIST: Cathedral of St. John the Evangelist, 1007 Superior Ave., Cleveland, OH 44114. Part-time associate position.
Minimum of Bachelor's degree in organ performance required. Ten-fifteen hrs. per week depending on candidate's availability. Two Sunday Masses (required) at 10:30 a.m. and 12:15 p.m. Accompany service music, professional cantors, and Cathedral Choir. Wedneday evening choir rehearsal. Additional Sunday and/or weekday Masses available depending upon candidate's availability. Good keyboard sight-reading and a working knowledge of the Roman Catholic liturgy as well as ability to play standard organ literature is required. Holtkamp Organ and baby grand piano.
