Four voice requiems by Vittoria and Morales

On CPDL, there are listed two four voice requiems (among many others), one said to be by Morales and the other by Vittoria. Both appear to be identical music.

Does anyone know about these two editions, and can anyone shed light on who the true composer is and how they came to be misattributed?

I think you must be mistaken. The 4-part Requiems by Morales and Victoria at CPDL don't even have the same number of movements. And the music is certainly different. Here are PDF links for the opening Introitus movement of the two works:
