Holy Apostles Catholic Parish in New Berlin, WI is seeking a Director of Music Ministry to support and enhance our community prayer and worship. The director is responsible for the planning of and participation in the liturgical music of the parish. Major responsibilities include selection of liturgical music, preparing cantors, directing choirs, providing keyboard (piano and organ) and vocal accompaniment. We expect a candidate to have

*1-3 years’ experience as a musician in Catholic worship
*Working knowledge of current liturgical music
*Proven vocal, piano, organ, and conducting skills
*Ability to train and develop choirs, cantors, and other musicians
*Ability to select appropriate repertoire
*Knowledge of Vatican II sacramental theology
*BA degree or equivalent
