St. Thomas Episcopal Church in Vernon, NJ is seeking an organist/choir director to direct a small adult choir & provide organ and piano music for worship at a 10am service each Sunday. The choir likes diverse musical styles, and there is the potential for starting a children's choir. Experience playing organ and piano a must. The instruments are an upright Boston acoustic piano, a Yamaha digital 88 note weighted keyboard, and a Phoenix 3 manual digital organ. I have been the organist there since February, but am returning to a Catholic Church position. It is a part-time position, and will pay $12,000 yearly salary.
