What Verse Setting is That?

A priest friend of mine would like to get a hold of the VERSE setting of "Lauda Jerusalem" sung at the Augustine de Noia consecration, beginning at 2 mins 9 secs :

A very nice metrical setting!
It is listed in the program for the ordination Mass, but is not attributed to a composer.
If all else fails, you can always call the Basilica's music office and ask.
