Check this video about the new Ms Lidia Bajkowska's Music Method for small children (video with English subtitles): http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1pmFp0dxBIY&feature=player_embedded

The method brings some revolutionary effects, because children can start playing piano and reading music notes even just after 4 lessons! But what's most important, the method is designed first of all to teach children understand the music - listen to it's structure, recognize this structure and try to understand the music. Usually children just recognize the melody and like it or not. But thanks to this method all the children behave like adult classic music connoisseurs or opera fans!

Moreover, this method is designed both for teachers and parents (both for those with some music background / education, and those without it). So every parent / teacher can learn music and teach their children.

We are looking for people, who could help us to share this method (for free) in other countries. All the educational materials are available just in Polish language today, but they are being translated into English now. So the method will be available in English soon.

Please, write your comments what you think about this video / method. And we are looking for help or ideas how to share this method in your territory.

When do you think that the English translation will be finished?

It will take a little time, because the translation must be done by people experienced in 2 languages and at the same time both in music and children storytelling. That's why I expect few months for it. Hopefully it should be ready around September/October this year.

But the translation is not everything. We are looking for schools, teachers, NGOs (Non Governmental Organizations) who would like to use this method. This means we have to teach them this method at the beginning, so they could continue "sharing" this method with other teachers, schools, NGOs, etc. We would be happy if you could help us in this field.
