Pueri Cantores 2012 Indiana Festival Mass at Notre Dame on EWTN today

    I only caught the end of it, and I didn't see it on EWTN's programming schedule. But apparently a lot of Indiana kids from Catholic parish, school, and homeschool choirs went to this thing, and they sounded pretty good. The actual Mass was taped on March 26, from what I can see on the pcchoirs.org festival flyer on their website.

    Some of my students were in the choir. In preparing them, I thought some of the music was really not suited well for children's choirs ("Hail Mary" by William Ferris comes to mind). But in the end I was really impressed by the group's sound. Paul French did a wonderful job preparing them at the festival.
