PBC Translation Sources

Does anyone know the source of the translations found in the PBC? Right now in the worship aid, I have it attributed "Translation from The Parish Book of Chant, CMAA 2008," but does anyone know if there is anything more specific? I already did a search through the PBC pdf for various keywords (translate, translation, etc..) and found next to nothing ("we have [...] provided English translations that render the Latin as faithfully and as elegantly as possible.").

In particular, I'm looking for a source of the translation of the Ave Regína cælórum:
    Hail, Queen of heaven,
    hail Lady of the angels.
Hail root and gate from which
the Light of the world was born.

    Rejoice glorious Virgin,
    fairest of all.
    Fare thee well, most beautiful,
and pray for us to Christ.

Ben, I think that must be the "royal we," i.e. Richard Rice.

No, I don't generally translate. PBC translations are from a wide variety of sources, collected and comingled over the years. I can tell you that the Ave Regina caelorum above is, more or less, from Adrian Fortescue's "Latin Hymns", a source I use frequently.
