Litany of Saints

I have a long list of saint names for which I need to find the Latin equivalents. Anyone have a good resource? The added complication: the intent is to be able to sing the Litany with children in Latin. But on the list are a number of names that I'm not sure lend themselves to a Latin equivalent, for example, St. Edith Stein. Suggestions?

Edith Stein is typically referred to in Vatican documents as "Teresa Benedicta of the Cross" for instance here in the Post-Synodal Exhortation Verbum Domini:

I know this is an older thread, but if you still need this, have you checked if the martyrology is available online? You might be able to find them there (searching in the english version for the names you need, then looking in the latin version to find the latin names).
