The English Hymnal: high-quality scan?

    Does anyplace out there have a high-quality scan of The English Hymnal (the 1906 one)?

    If not, (Jeff?) would CMAA be willing to host? What does scanning etc. a book like that cost?

    With a good enough scanner in hand, the only real cost is time (and whether one must pay for that time).

    You've probably already come across this not-so-high-quality scan with some pages missing to boot.

    Send it off to the company called Golden Images (google it) marked CMAA and it will be done at our expense and posted.
