Harmonization for English adaptation of Gloria VIII

    Hi,

    At Jeff Ostrowski's suggestion, I'm posting this for general use. Bruce E. Ford adapted the Gloria VIII to English, and I've harmonized it. You can find it here: http://www.ccwatershed.org/media/pdfs/11/12/13/09-35-24_0.pdf

    Hope you find this helpful - I'm using it at my parish because it has repeated motifs, which has made it a lot easier for the parishioners (who are NOT well-versed in chant or Latin!) to learn. They picked it up in about a month.

    Perhaps you could eventually do a harmonization for the magnificat in the 8 modes, according to both 1973 translation and 1662 anglican book of common prayer translation (which is more accurate).
