I would recommend doing Mass XVII next, as it generally used for Advent and Lent. It also has the benefit of having no Gloria.
Mass I would also be nice, because it is the standard for Easter.
If you are doing a lot of Marian feasts, Mass IX could be a good challenge. The Kyrie is splendid, and is not one which merely repeats each invocation. The Gloria uses a wide range in mode 7.
These seem to be the more commonly done Masses.
