Which Gregorian Mass to learn next?

    My youth schola knows the Missa de Angelis and the Missa Orbis Factor, as well as the simplex Mass.

    Any thoughts on the next Mass they could profitably learn?

    I would recommend doing Mass XVII next, as it generally used for Advent and Lent. It also has the benefit of having no Gloria.
    Mass I would also be nice, because it is the standard for Easter.
    If you are doing a lot of Marian feasts, Mass IX could be a good challenge. The Kyrie is splendid, and is not one which merely repeats each invocation. The Gloria uses a wide range in mode 7.
    These seem to be the more commonly done Masses.
