Chanting the Office in English

I go to UC Berkeley and I'm seeing if I can start a weekly Vespers service for students at the Newman Center. It would be enriching to use at least some English plainchant in the service and I want to have good resources before talking to anyone officially (I also don't want to have exclusive plainchant or hymnody because people may react negatively). Can someone point me in the right direction?

I'd put my vote in for the Mundelein Psalter. It is very easy to use!
