    It's only used on Sundays; the 1961 Graduale prescribes it in the section on the "Ordinarium Missae".

    It's a blessing, so you'd go to the Rituale Romanum, but it's excerpted in most altar missals I believe. The rubrical facts here are also laid out in any of the major commentaries, e.g. Fortescue.
