Polyphonic Masses with Organ

Does anyone know if the "Mass of Christ the King" by Rev. Edwin V. Hoover, MusD is in print?
This is the Mass featured in the 1941 Easter Mass video on You Tube from Our Lady of Sorrows, Chicago.
Also, does anyone have any suggestions for good, polyphonic Latin E.F. Masses with organ accompaniment?
Preferably 4-part (SATB)

I don't think the Hoover ever was in print; at least a search through WorldCat isn't turning up any copies. Not much is popping up on the Net about the composer either.
Several of the Rheinberger masses (Op. 159, 192) are with organ (alas, not much on cpdl for these).
