I would like to know if anyone has seen modern music notation for Compline (the vulgate edition of the breviary)? I wondered if perhaps Solesmes put something out to accompany the chanting.
If you're asking about the pre-Pian breviary, there were modern notation editions of the Liber Usualis, published by Desclee, No. 780c (note the "c") in the 1930's to 50's, and maybe earlier. There's an online scan at Quilisma Publications of an edition c. 1935. Start at p. 255 of the scan. Can't comment on organ accompaniments.
