One of the best things about being at the Colloquium is sitting and listening while other groups sing chant, following the neumes (all groups get ALL the music in their binder) along with the singing.

This teaches so much, listening and hearing the neumes being sung while reading the score.

Of course, out in the hinterlands we are often the only people singing chant so this leaves many looking forward to the next Colloquium.
