Friends,

I kid you not: we had about 5 minutes before one of our Cathedral cantors (who is currently in high school) was going to be picked up by her father.

I asked her if she could please quickly sight-sing a Chabanel Psalm on the recorder.

She agreed.

To me, this is proof that the Chabanel Psalms are not difficult to "pick up." I cannot believe she learned this piece and sang it so well in less than five minutes. I am in shock
