Music for Baptism?

Any suggestions for music for the Rite of Baptism (outside Mass)?

I suppose it depends on how elaborate the rite will be. For example, if there will be a full choir, for an anthem how about "Like As The Hart" by Howells?
(A bit more info would be helpful to direct suggestions). -
I'm not quite sure yet whether or not I'll have a full choir and organ, or simply a schola of unaccompanied men. I've got a couple of months to work on buttering up my friends.
