On my way home from the Colloquium today, I had a chance to listen to a great podcast called Catholic Weekend. Father David Dye describes his journey of moving an entire church - pews, stained glass, stones, everything - from Buffalo to Atlanta. This is an awesome undertaking.
Relevant to this group, though, he did a great job of describing how this traditional architecture helps to restore the "vertical aspect" of our Church, which has become incredibly "horizontal." It's well worth a listen.
