I've been listening to Pandora's "In Paradisum" chant channel for quite a while, and one of my favorite albums is Das Gansebuch by Schola Hungarica. They recorded several Mass settings for various saints, one of which is St. Sebaldus. That Alleluia is particularly beautiful, but I haven't been able to find the chant music.
The Schola Hugarica is AMAZING! I highly recommend all of their recordings. I do not know of any other choir which has a sound like theirs, and I understand that their performances from an historical point of view are quite important.
