What will you be doing with the results?
  • Once it hits 100 responses or slows down, I will pdf the report and post a link. Very interesting so far.
  • Out of 17 so far, 70% like their jobs, 30% are unhappy.

70% like their pastors, 30% are unhappy.

But, they are not all the same people as I thought they might be.
  • Preliminary results, detailed comments:

  • With 32 responses, 1 out of 4 would like to find a different position.

This is an interesting "snap shot". The results remind me of the Parable of the Sower. How do we keep finding that fertile ground? Better yet, how do we improve upon the soil which is not as productive as it can be?

The answer may be that we have the musicians....but need to find a way to show the value of what we can do to priests.

Without the full support of a priest, you have little or no chance of making it.

    Be of good cheer!
By way of encouragement, I offer THIS anecdote.

Too late for me to be part of it, but things can change.
