Panis Angelicus would go well with Psalm 33:7-11. Especially wonderful because it talks about a "poor and humble servant" consuming the Lord...

I did a project like this for a hybrid tenebrae service. We used the congregation's newly developed chant repertoire as antiphons and chanted the verses of assorted Holy Week psalms of week II LOH.
