    While I suspected this all along, I wasn't certain how wide spread this is and NOW, I understand why for all these years, I either couldn't find a decent, good and solidly stable job in the church with the appropriate pastor or I was always treated as an "outsider in some circles" all because I wasn't part of their "clan."

    At the beginning I didn't know where this talk was going, pretty negative I thought at first, but I was glad that he finishes it with good positive remarks. The Church suffers a lot. We are all going to be in this effort of helping, and the Church will regain the strength again.
