I'll break the speechlessness to make a minor point: it's the Liturgy Office for England and Wales. The other parts of the United Kingdom have their own ecclesiastical arrangements: Scotland has its own hierarchy and Northern Ireland comes under the Irish hierarchy. I'd hate for the CMAA to be be accused of complicity in imperialism.
