The Mass at Sagrada Familia in Barcelona (cued 53 minutes in to start with the entrance of Felipe VI & Queen Letizia) on the 100th anniversary of the death of Antonio Gaudi, and the blessing of the central tower, now the tallest church in the world at 566 feet (exceeding Ulm Minster):
The blessing of the tower occurred outside on the parvis after Mass, in twilight. Includes a lovely segment of a mostly boys choir carrying lanterns as the cross of the tower is fully lit and the towers are fully lit from within:
I was in Spain the last two weeks to hike/walk the El Camino from Saria to Santiago. I returned to Madrid on Saturday just in time to attend Pope Leo's Mass on Sunday morning. It was an experience I shall never forget. The media reported 1.6 million people present. The music was outstanding except that I was surprised that for the first Communion hymn "I Am the Bread of Life" was sung in Spanish. Needless to say, the distribution of Communion was a very lengthy process and many hymns were sung.
