In the Sacramentary for this coming Sunday (23rd in Ordinary Time), the first Communion Antiphon given is "Like a deer that longs for running streams". Looked in Graduale Romanum and Simplex under "Communion Antiphons" for "Sicut Cervus" and it's not in either. Why?
incidentally, the Latin original in the missal is not the familiar "Sicut cervus desiderat ad fontes..." but rather "Quamadmodum desiderat cervus ad fontes..."
